Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and within the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom).

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free of charge from €21.00.
For shipping within the EU we charge between €3.00 – €14.00 depending on the size of the package.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of the payment order).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Returns and Refunds

We are very sorry that you would like to return your ordered items, but of course you can do so without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, you may return only unopened goods to the following address:

Please include your delivery note for identification and further processing and mark the returned items. Our return policy states that the costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you and that you must purchase a label for the return yourself. Please keep the tracking number for your return in this case.
After your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. If you wish to report defective or incorrectly received goods, please first send us an email with photos of the items to hallo@forestgum.de.
